I had an excellent experience with UDG. I had a brand-new dryer that stopped working, and the technician came out promptly to troubleshoot the issue. After thoroughly examining it, he determined the dryer needed a new board and ordered the part. Another technician came to install it, but while opening the dryer, he noticed a loose wire that appeared connected but wasnt fully in place. He fixed the wire, and immediately, the dryer started working again. Instead of installing the new board and charging me $370, he was honest and transparent, informing me of the issue and confirming I wouldn't be charged for the second visitjust $80 for the first one. This kind of integrity and honesty is rare, and I will definitely be a customer for life!

Initially there was some miscommunication and no follow up appointment was made to make our repair. As soon as UDG was made aware of the issue they were very apologetic and quick to order the part and fix our stove. Excellent, professional, and friendly communication throughout the rest of the process.

The recommended part came in quickly and the repair was successful! The cost of the first service call was deducted from the total. The machine works like new. Other places I had called had told me it wasnt worth repairing because it was LG. I appreciate the extra effort to save this favorite dishwasher! Will use them for other appliance repairs as well!

Nick came out within 24 hours to diagnose a problem with our Bosch dishwasher. He quickly diagnosed the problem, listening carefully to the history we gave. He recommended that it would probably be more financially expedient to replace it. We asked him to recommend a brand and a place to buy it. He even looked it up online for us. He was extremely helpful and took time to listen and answer questions. Also, after being asked He told us their services. I called them back within a week to set up an appointment to get our dryer vent cleaned. He offered me the next day or day after. He came out at appointed time and did an excellent, thorough job. We were very pleased and will definitely use them again. Reasonably priced. Nick was great.

This guy is located 4 minutes from me and their website says they service residential and commercial customers... I called for TV repair and was told they don't service residential customers. Isn't that false advertising?

Highly recommend! They were able to set up an appointment the day after I called. They figured out the problem and ordered the part and got the job done. Gavin was very professional. Other companies we called before calling UDG Services never got back to us.

They had to come out 3 times to fix the squeak from my dryer. The 2nd time was with the belt and rollers to fix it. They rested it and it sounded fine and left. They left the dryer on "fluf" and when it automatically started, it made a horrible screeching sound. I called the tech right back. He thought he knew what it was and could pick up the part. He offered to come right back to install it, but we were leaving home, so he rescheduled for the second business day and came out when he said he would. The techs were very pleasant and anxious to make everything right. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. 9/12/24 Dryer has continued to squeak and squeal at varying times so I called UDG back. They scheduled our service for the next day. Chris came out at the beginning of the hour window and had the problem diagnosed and fixed within an hour and didn't charge us. He was great, so polite and pleasant. AND the dryer really seems to be fixed. Thank you, Chris! 9/13/24 Chris had warned us that the "fix" might only be temporary. It was good for 1 load. I called UDG today to tell them that part would have to be replaced after all. Josh was so kind on the phone and told me he'd order the part and they would be out Monday. Chris called me 5 min later to say he had the part and was on his way. He was hear within minutes and had it fixed in no time. I highly recommend UDG. Thanks, Chris.

Great experience with Chris, so glad he knows just what to do with this refrigerator.

My Samsung oven would not warm up. I contacted UDG services and they schedule me for an appointment the following week. The serviceman inspected the oven and found the igniter was not working. He installed a new one and was finished with the complete repair in 30 minutes. So far, this was like every other service call. He then stated the repair cost was $350. I thought maybe the igniter was expensive so I asked him how much the part costed. He did not know. (When I did an internet search it was in the $25 to $40 range.) When I was incredulous that it was $350, he stated he could drop the diagnostic fee so it only be $270. I still thought this was on the high side for a 30 minute ignitor replacement. This comes to over $500 an hour for the labor fee. The technician did not provide any written billing for the work he performed. To summarize, the work was done adequately at an ridiculous price.

Gavin was hard working and thorough, but the problem was misdiagnosed and the wrong part was ordered. We will await news on timer price and availability. Once the problem was correctly identified, the company really went out of their way to make sure that the problem was solved. We will definitely use Greg and/or Gavin and UDG again in the future. They also fix other appliances too, and we will keep them at the top of our list.

Showed up the same day I called, got the part ordered and the next day came back and installed it. Washing machine now works !!! I would highly recommend. Great customer service.

Tech, was professional, knowledgeable and cordial. At the onset, I was led to believe that the cost of the service visit and diagnostic would be offset against the overall charge for service (parts and labor). That in fact was not the case. That said, their charge for the service call was not competitive with at least one other service provider that I contacted about providing repair service. UDG contacted me regarding my concern about service/diagnostic charges. Issues/problems arise in every business. How they are handled in the final analysis that counts. UDG handled my concerns quickly and appropriately. I would use them again.

Greg not only fixed the dryer but did a very thorough clean out of the lint from the inside of the dryer and the vent lines. First load after dried quicker.

We had an issue with the dishwasher and the guys at UDG came out and were very professional! I had texts as to arrival time and they were quick to figure out the problem, the new part was ordered and installed a day later ( hard to do with Kitchen Aid appliances ). We had another issue arise ( completely unrelated ) .. I text Chris from UDG at 9:00 p.m. and he got right back to us and set me up with a next day appointment! Second issue resolved very quickly and they were kind enough to give us a discount on price if you ever have an appliance issue and dont make UDG your first call, you can only blame yourself!
