Toby McCormick came out to access our washer. He was quite knowledgeable about the potential problems, very straight-forward with pricing and options, and gave personal suggestions if repairing old unit wasn't the way to go, and was not pushy about making instant decisions.

Gavin was hard working and thorough, but the problem was misdiagnosed and the wrong part was ordered. We will await news on timer price and availability. Once the problem was correctly identified, the company really went out of their way to make sure that the problem was solved. We will definitely use Greg and/or Gavin and UDG again in the future. They also fix other appliances too, and we will keep them at the top of our list.

Greg from UDG Service worked on my clothes washer through the warranty. It had stopped in mid cycle. He checked into the cause, ordered the parts, had them shipped to me. I informed UDG the morning the parts arrived and Greg had the washer running by 12 noon. Awesome working with them. Highly recommend. M.Lohr

We had Chris from UDG come out to look at our commercial oven, and grill at our restaurant. From beginning to end, they provided a stellar service. They arrived less then 12 hours from first contact. Excellent service! Very kind and trustworthy gentlemen! A veteran-owned company, respect was evident! I was impressed with the detailed inspection of the problem with my LG Dishwasher! The recommended part came in quickly and the repair was successful! The cost of the first service call was deducted from the total. The machine works like new. Other places I had called had told me it wasnt worth repairing because it was LG. I appreciate the extra effort to save this favorite dishwasher! Will use them for other appliance repairs as well!

Our dishwasher was fixed within a couple of days of our initial call to UDG for service. Toby diagnosed that a sensor wasnt working correctly, got it unplugged and replaced it all within minutes of his arrival.

Chris was very friendly, professional and prompt. He came out to look at my dishwasher in less than 24 hours, I was even able to book my appointment online. I highly recommend UDG Services!!!

We had an issue with the dishwasher and the guys at UDG came out and were very professional! I had texts as to arrival time and they were quick to figure out the problem, the new part was ordered and installed a day later ( hard to do with Kitchen Aid appliances ). We had another issue arise ( completely unrelated ) .. I text Chris from UDG at 9:00 p.m. and he got right back to us and set me up with a next day appointment! Second issue resolved very quickly and they were kind enough to give us a discount on price if you ever have an appliance issue and dont make UDG your first call, you can only blame yourself! This guy is located 4 minutes from me and their website says they service residential and commercial customers... I called for TV repair and was told they don't service residential customers. Isn't that false advertising?

Definitely recommend this company. Not only were they able to come the same day, but they're extremely friendly and very professional. I wont call anyone else if I need another appliance repair done.

They had to come out 3 times to fix the squeak from my dryer. The 2nd time was with the belt and rollers to fix it. They rested it and it sounded fine and left. They left the dryer on "fluf" and when it automatically started, it made a horrible screeching sound. I called the tech right back. He thought he knew what it was and could pick up the part. He offered to come right back to install it, but we were leaving home, so he rescheduled for the second business day and came out when he said he would. The techs were very pleasant and anxious to make everything right. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. 9/12/24 Dryer has continued to squeak and squeal at varying times so I called UDG back. They scheduled our service for the next day. Chris came out at the beginning of the hour window and had the problem diagnosed and fixed within an hour and didn't charge us. He was great, so polite and pleasant. AND the dryer really seems to be fixed. Thank you, Chris! 9/13/24 Chris had warned us that the "fix" might only be temporary. It was good for 1 load. I called UDG today to tell them that part would have to be replaced after all. Josh was so kind on the phone and told me he'd order the part and they would be out Monday. Chris called me 5 min later to say he had the part and was on his way. He was hear within minutes and had it fixed in no time. I highly recommend UDG. Thanks, Chris.

Tech, was professional, knowledgeable and cordial. At the onset, I was led to believe that the cost of the service visit and diagnostic would be offset against the overall charge for service (parts and labor). That in fact was not the case. That said, their charge for the service call was not competitive with at least one other service provider that I contacted about providing repair service. UDG contacted me regarding my concern about service/diagnostic charges. Issues/problems arise in every business. How they are handled in the final analysis that counts. UDG handled my concerns quickly and appropriately. I would use them again.

UDG gave notice they received service order and would be here in 1-2 days. Shortly thereafter, they noted that they could come on the first day and asked if proposed timing would work for us. Subsequently, they arrived at start of the time window, performed the repairs, validated the working of the range, cleaned up and thanked us for the opportunity to be of service. It could not have gone any better.

Since we're a bit rural we always struggle finding somebody to service us on short notice when things go bad, but they were able to get somebody out to us to fix our washer within 24h! Friendly, capable, and honest service--will definitely be calling them first next time something breaks!

The part needed wasnt in stock, but they ordered it on Tuesday. It already arrived by Thurdsay morning and we are working to schedule a time to finish the repair. Greg is awesome and we will be calling him for all of our future appliance repair needs. Our freezer/fridge was starting to go out this week and we called him to troubleshoot. He quickly diagnosed the issue and told us it would not be worth paying him to fix the issue, and it would be more cost effective in the long run to replace our refrigerator. Greg was super helpful and was at our house promptly the next morning to deliver the new refrigerator we ordered and take the old one away. Highly recommend this company!

Felt mislead by an estimate we received. Over text I explained the problem with the dishwasher and was informed it would cost $80 to confirm and that that repair would be $200-$300 minus the $80 estimate cost. Guy came to do the estimate, confirmed the problem we knew it had and was quoted $350 to repair. The new dishwasher of the same variety is $400. I asked if it would be better to just replace and he said probably. I asked for install cost which was over $100 more than Home Depot or Lowes charges, and $150 more than we ended up getting installed professionally for. I asked if we went with them for the install if that would be minus the $80. He said no, which is weird. Felt mislead and a bit price gouged.

Nick came out within 24 hours to diagnose a problem with our Bosch dishwasher. He quickly diagnosed the problem, listening carefully to the history we gave. He recommended that it would probably be more financially expedient to replace it. We asked him to recommend a brand and a place to buy it. He even looked it up online for us. He was extremely helpful and took time to listen and answer questions. Also, after being asked He told us their services. I called them back within a week to set up an appointment to get our dryer vent cleaned. He offered me the next day or day after. He came out at appointed time and did an excellent, thorough job. We were very pleased and will definitely use them again. Reasonably priced. Nick was great.
