Nick came out within 24 hours to diagnose a problem with our Bosch dishwasher. He quickly diagnosed the problem, listening carefully to the history we gave. He recommended that it would probably be more financially expedient to replace it. We asked him to recommend a brand and a place to buy it. He even looked it up online for us. He was extremely helpful and took time to listen and answer questions. Also, after being asked He told us their services. I called them back within a week to set up an appointment to get our dryer vent cleaned. He offered me the next day or day after. He came out at appointed time and did an excellent, thorough job. We were very pleased and will definitely use them again. Reasonably priced. Nick was great.

UDG Services LLC provided exceptional speed and professionalism with their Appliance maintenance services, fixing our broken furnace and getting our home warm again quickly. They also provided competitive pricing and prompt, reliable results, giving us peace of mind with their Certified appliance technicians and emergency appliance repair services.

UDG gave notice they received service order and would be here in 1-2 days. Shortly thereafter, they noted that they could come on the first day and asked if proposed timing would work for us. Subsequently, they arrived at start of the time window, performed the repairs, validated the working of the range, cleaned up and thanked us for the opportunity to be of service. It could not have gone any better.

Greg is awesome and we will be calling him for all of our future appliance repair needs. Our freezer/fridge was starting to go out this week and we called him to troubleshoot. He quickly diagnosed the issue and told us it would not be worth paying him to fix the issue, and it would be more cost effective in the long run to replace our refrigerator. Gavin was hard working and thorough, but the problem was misdiagnosed and the wrong part was ordered. We will await news on timer price and availability. Once the problem was correctly identified, the company really went out of their way to make sure that the problem was solved. We will definitely use Greg and/or Gavin and UDG again in the future. They also fix other appliances too, and we will keep them at the top of our list.

Our dishwasher was fixed within a couple of days of our initial call to UDG for service. Toby diagnosed that a sensor wasnt working correctly, got it unplugged and replaced it all within minutes of his arrival.

Toby McCormick came out to access our washer. He was quite knowledgeable about the potential problems, very straight-forward with pricing and options, and gave personal suggestions if repairing old unit wasn't the way to go, and was not pushy about making instant decisions.

Felt mislead by an estimate we received. Over text I explained the problem with the dishwasher and was informed it would cost $80 to confirm and that that repair would be $200-$300 minus the $80 estimate cost. Guy came to do the estimate, confirmed the problem we knew it had and was quoted $350 to repair. The new dishwasher of the same variety is $400. I asked if it would be better to just replace and he said probably. I asked for install cost which was over $100 more than Home Depot or Lowes charges, and $150 more than we ended up getting installed professionally for. I asked if we went with them for the install if that would be minus the $80. He said no, which is weird. Felt mislead and a bit price gouged.

I had texts as to arrival time and they were quick to figure out the problem, the new part was ordered and installed a day later ( hard to do with Kitchen Aid appliances ). We had another issue arise ( completely unrelated ) .. I text Chris from UDG at 9:00 p.m. and he got right back to us and set me up with a next day appointment! Second issue resolved very quickly and they were kind enough to give us a discount on price if you ever have an appliance issue and dont make UDG your first call, you can only blame yourself! My Samsung oven would not warm up. I contacted UDG services and they schedule me for an appointment the following week. The serviceman inspected the oven and found the igniter was not working. He installed a new one and was finished with the complete repair in 30 minutes. So far, this was like every other service call. He then stated the repair cost was $350. I thought maybe the igniter was expensive so I asked him how much the part costed. He did not know. (When I did an internet search it was in the $25 to $40 range.) When I was incredulous that it was $350, he stated he could drop the diagnostic fee so it only be $270. I still thought this was on the high side for a 30 minute ignitor replacement. This comes to over $500 an hour for the labor fee. The technician did not provide any written billing for the work he performed. To summarize, the work was done adequately at an ridiculous price.

Joshua, Owen and Gavin were life-savers today! Other companies gave me service dates at least 5 days away but UDG took my call, scheduled a crew and had my refrigerator running in 4 hours!!

I called and asked a question about a fridge. They gave me some really good information and I definitely recommend getting a hold of them.

I had an excellent experience with UDG. I had a brand-new dryer that stopped working, and the technician came out promptly to troubleshoot the issue. After thoroughly examining it, he determined the dryer needed a new board and ordered the part. Another technician came to install it, but while opening the dryer, he noticed a loose wire that appeared connected but wasnt fully in place. He fixed the wire, and immediately, the dryer started working again. Instead of installing the new board and charging me $370, he was honest and transparent, informing me of the issue and confirming I wouldn't be charged for the second visitjust $80 for the first one. This kind of integrity and honesty is rare, and I will definitely be a customer for life!
