Since we're a bit rural we always struggle finding somebody to service us on short notice when things go bad, but they were able to get somebody out to us to fix our washer within 24h! Friendly, capable, and honest service--will definitely be calling them first next time something breaks!

We had an issue with the dishwasher and the guys at UDG came out and were very professional! I had texts as to arrival time and they were quick to figure out the problem, the new part was ordered and installed a day later ( hard to do with Kitchen Aid appliances ). We had another issue arise ( completely unrelated ) .. I text Chris from UDG at 9:00 p.m. and he got right back to us and set me up with a next day appointment! Second issue resolved very quickly and they were kind enough to give us a discount on price if you ever have an appliance issue and dont make UDG your first call, you can only blame yourself! Thanks UDG youve earned a loyal customer
